Yes. Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of your billing cycle. Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll be charged every 3 months, 6 months, or annually.

Doing this guarantees uninterrupted access to your QR codes and analytics. You can adjust or cancel your plan directly from your account settings at any time.

However, a free trial will not be renewed automatically.

If you decide not to renew your subscription, your account will remain accessible; however, dynamic QR codes will no longer function as intended, and your clients will not be able to view the content you are trying to share.

Static QR codes you created will still work since they are permanent. If you wish to resume using dynamic codes and analytics later, you can reactivate your account easily from your dashboard.

Reactivating your subscription is very simple. Just log in to your account, go to the Billing section, and click “Activate.”

You’ll be able to select the plan that best fits your needs. Once activated, your dynamic QR codes and analytics features will be fully restored without losing past data or account history.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, unless required by law, QRNow does not provide refunds or credits for early cancellations or unused subscription time.

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. This policy applies whether you cancel your subscription or delete your account.

QRNow supports payments in US Dollars (USD). However, we provide a view of the cost in several other currencies, including Euros (EUR), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD), and British Pounds (GBP), to give you a better idea of the cost in different currencies.

At this time, you cannot update your payment details in your dashboard. If you would like to change your credit card, you will need to cancel your current subscription and then resubscribe with a different card.
